What is Pools Markets?

Pools Markets brings short prediction markets to token-launch surfaces. Markets appear beside eligible tokens on supported launchpads and inside the Pools Markets extension.

The experience starts with the token a user is already viewing. Instead of opening a separate event exchange and searching for a market, the user can inspect a relevant question, choose an outcome and enter a pool.

What each market contains

Every market has:

  • a specific asset or event;
  • a question with two or more named outcomes;
  • an entry deadline;
  • an observation or resolution time;
  • frozen rules describing sources, measurements and edge cases;
  • a separate stake pool for every outcome.

Markets are generated from the asset’s current capabilities. A token that has already graduated from a launchpad, for example, should not receive another “Will it graduate?” market.

What Pools Markets is not

Pools Markets is not:

  • a fixed-odds sportsbook;
  • an order book for transferable prediction shares;
  • a promise that displayed percentages are calibrated probabilities;
  • a single-launchpad or single-chain data feed.

Where predictions appear

Predictions can surface through:

  • compact controls injected into supported launchpad pages;
  • the Explore experience in the Pools Markets extension;
  • position and settlement views in the extension;
  • future integrations using documented adapters and APIs.

Supported surfaces and networks may differ by release. Check Release status before relying on an integration.
