Responsible participation

Prediction markets involve loss risk. A correct forecast does not guarantee a particular return before entries close, and an incorrect forecast can lose the full stake.

Before entering

  • Read the complete question and market rules.
  • Distinguish a threshold touch from a value measured at expiry.
  • Check the entry deadline and expected resolution timing.
  • Treat outcome percentages as pool shares, not guaranteed probabilities.
  • Review the current estimated payout and understand that it can change.
  • Confirm the active chain, native asset and amount.
  • Do not enter more than you can afford to lose.

Market risks

Relevant risks include:

  • volatile and thinly traded token metrics;
  • data-provider interruption or inconsistency;
  • chain congestion, reorganization or delayed finality;
  • smart-contract defects or upgrade risk;
  • changing pool distribution before entry closes;
  • a market being voided under its published rules;
  • jurisdiction-specific restrictions on prediction markets.

No promise of accuracy

Market presence does not mean Pools Markets endorses a token or predicts its performance. Discovery rankings and community attention are not financial advice and do not indicate which outcome will be correct.

Availability and eligibility

Access can vary by jurisdiction, network, release and risk policy. Users are responsible for understanding the laws and restrictions that apply to them.
