What happens if something breaks

Things that cannot happen
- A stake being moved out of a pool by anyone.
- A payout going to an outcome that two resolvers did not sign.
- A market being repriced, re-ruled or reopened after it opened.
- A refund charging a fee.
- An Earn reward being paid from stake or from another market.
