Restrictions and regions

Eligibility

The terms  govern. In short: you may use Pools Markets only if you have legal capacity to enter the agreement, meet the minimum age where you live, and are not prohibited from using the service by applicable law. You are responsible for determining whether prediction markets and digital assets are lawful for you. Do not use Pools Markets from a restricted location or to evade a legal, sanctions or product restriction.

What the extension checks, and what it does not

The extension does not perform a location check today. Availability is not gated by IP address or country, so the responsibility described above sits with you, not with a filter. If this changes, it will be reflected here and on What is live.

Accounts that breach the terms, including self-referral or wash trading in Earn, can be excluded from attribution and from the service.

Prohibited use

Fraud, market manipulation, money laundering, sanctions evasion, and interfering with the service or other users.

Risk

Prediction markets involve loss. An incorrect position loses its entire stake. A correct forecast does not guarantee a particular return, because the pool keeps moving until entries close. Relevant risks include:

• volatile and thinly traded token metrics;
• data-provider interruption or inconsistency, which can void a market;
• chain congestion, reorganisation or delayed finality;
• smart-contract defects and upgrade risk, see Audit and incident path;
• jurisdiction-specific restrictions on prediction markets.

A market existing for a token is not an endorsement of that token and not a forecast of its performance. Discovery rankings and community attention are not financial advice.

Before entering

• Read the whole question and its rules.
• Tell a touch question (“reach the level at any point”) from an at-expiry question (“be above the level at the end”).
• Check the entry deadline and the observation window.
• Treat the outcome percentages as pool shares, not probabilities.
• Confirm the network, the asset and the amount.
• Do not enter more than you can afford to lose.
